About the Team:
‘WeInnovate Biosolutions Pvt. Ltd.’ is a startup based out of India working dedicatedly in development of a platform for rapid detection of Antimicrobial susceptibility of pathogens.
Our platform can detect the susceptibility of pathogens from any sample within just 1h of time and will provide the report on the physician’s mobile.
The team consists of scientists and technologists working together in harmony. The team has 5 members- 4 PhDs and one masters. Team members hold doctorates in Microbiology, Biotechnology and Electronics. Combined all we have experience of over more than 50 years in technology development. The team members have experience in diagnostic product development and licencing. The average age of the team is 32 years each member being equally enthusiastic and passionate for the technology. Collectively the team has more than 60 papers and 7 patents.
Our product is based on the changes in the metabolic activity of pathogens upon exposure to antimicrobial agent. Therefore, it is absolutely redundant to grow cells to track these changes. This unique technique to deduce antimicrobial resistance will not only give rapid results but also reduce the cost of test.The product will give an auto generated result sheet aiding the physician with antibiotics that can be prescribed via an app
